He is the founder of the "Golden Wing" volunteer team and the Volunteer Academy, a non-governmental educational institution. He is studying for a doctorate (PhD) at the National University of Uzbekistan. He works as a marketer at Qamar media company. He is the author of the book "Management of Social Startups", first published in Uzbekistan, winner of 5 grants, 30 speakers, 150 diplomas, 20 articles, 1 patent and various competitions.
